Our monthly four course dinner served overlooking the vineyard and our panoramic views as the sun sets, this month features a country style Italian meal featuring Porchetta - a whole roasted suckling pig prepared by Chefs Christen and Mario Garaffa, owner of Catered by Christen in Hunterdon County.  Though trained at the French Culinary Institute, Christen's passion remains the traditional Italian dishes of her childhood, at which she excels.
