Our monthly four course dinner served overlooking the vineyard and our panoramic views as the sun sets, this month features a country style Italian meal featuring Porchetta - a whole roasted suckling pig prepared by Chef Francesco owner of Franceso's Italian Ristorane in Phillipsburg. Born in Italy and recently returned from 2 years at "home", Francesco prepares truly authentic dishes in the style of his native cuisine.
