Our monthly four course dinner series served overlooking the vineyard and our panoramic views as the sun sets, concludes the 2022 season with a country style Italian meal prepared by Chef  Francesco who returned last Friday night from Italy!
He will prepare a classic Porchetta  - whole
roasted piglet stuffed with herbs & garlic.

Panzanella - Tuscan-style Salad
Baby greens with fresh parmesan, garden tomatoes

"panzanella" dressing
