Whether for business, groups, organizations or personal events, Villa Milagro is the perfect place for a memorable gathering. Our hospitality, delicious wines and breathtaking views of four counties in two states create the perfect setting for unforgettable private events.

We can provide a turn key event for you or work with you and your vendors to create a personalized and seamless experience that reflects your unique vision and style.

We host corporate retreats, business meetings, fundraisers, industry training sessions, dinners for organizations, philanthropies and community groups, customer appreciation events and holiday parties. We will help you create private events & parties from weddings to birthday gatherings to anniversaries and other important life milestones that will be long remembered and appreciated.

Choose between a small indoor event of up to 40 in our tasting room, a larger outdoor event under the pergola of up to 50 or an outdoor tented event up to 200.

Each private event booking includes:
  • up to four hour facility rental
  • tables, cloths and chairs arranged to your liking
  • experienced wine servers to describe & serve wines
  • a case of wine for each 20 guests
You can contract for your own service vendors, subject to winery approval, or should you wish, we can also provide:
  • catering – from appetizers to full course meals
  • monogrammed souvenir wine glasses for your guests to keep
  • private vineyard & winery tour
  • live music
  • fresh floral arrangements
