
Throughout March we celebreate local cheese makers with a complimentary cheese sampling following your wine tasting. Each week we will feature a different dairy, each making unique cheeses that you cannot find in a grocery store. These are truly artisan cheeses.
March 7-8 features Flint Hill Farms, Coopersburg, PA which produces handmade cheeses from millk from their organic, pasture fed cows and sheep.
March 14-15 features Springhouse Creamery, Fredon, NJ, which produces premium milk, cheese and meat products from non-GMO free range, pasture-raised animals. You will love their “cheddar curds.”
March 21-22 brings Jersey Girl Cheese, Branchburg, NJ which produces authentic Southern Italian style cave-aged cheeses like Toma, Caciocavallo and others.
March 28-29 completes the month with Grazia’s Italian Market, Bethlehem, PA featuring their handmade mozzarella and imported Italian cheeses.
