Chefs from two Filippino restaurants prepare a delicious dinner of exotic ingredients in dishes influenced by this country’s Southeast Asian location and experiences under colonial rule by Spain. Come treat your tastebuds

Lumpia Shanghai – handmade Asian style eggrolls
Longanisa – sweet and delicious pork sausage
Uko – shrimp & veggie patties
served over baby greens with sesame-coconut dressing

Main
Classic Chicken Adobo – marinated then grilled –
melts in your mouth !
Sinangag – garlic rice
Lumpiang Hubad – colorful exotic vegetable blend

Dessert
Ube – Filippino purple yam cake

I am NOT a dessert eater….but when I first tasted this cake, it was clear that we needed a full Filippino dinner just so that we could get to dessert!!! It is light, fluffy and delicious!!!
