As the Olympics come to an end, we are toasting Tokyo with three wine cocktails:  Geisha Dreams, Dark Kamikazi and Ichigo Innocence.  

We love cocktails made of wine and other ingredients to create lower-alcohol drinks.  In these hot summer months, it is refreshing to have recipes for cocktails that are unique, delicious, cooling and safe enough to drink several !!
