If you love fish, this dinner is for you!  If you don't - you will after this dinner!! Seating is at individual tables with magnificent views overlooking the vineyard to see four counties in two states as the sun sets in the west.  

Chef Eddie Coss, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America, has a lifelong fascination with fish which began when he fished with his Grandfather.  He and his sister Amy opened The Milford Oyster House, rated the best seafood in NJ by Zagat.  There he created signature fish dishes - one of which he will prepare for you at our "Down the Shore" dinner.
