Strap on your aprons and join Audrey in the vineyard kitchen to learn 2 quick, easy......and DELICIOUS.....Italian recipes. In this episode we will make an appetizer - Caponata and a main dish - Pasta al Vino Rosso. We will cook the Pasta al Vino Rosso in Casi Dulce then serve it with that same delicious slightly sweet wine.

two bottles of 2019 Casi Dulce (1 to drink and 1 for cooking)
one a bottle Luz del Sol - dry Chardonnay
one bottle of aged VMV red wine vinegar (for the Caponata)
& the specialty ingredients for the recipes.
Your order will be delivered on Friday. You may also pick up at the winery beginning Thursday after 2:00pm.
Then join us Saturday, March 27 at 6:30pm via Zoom for a virtual guided cooking experience and tasting.
You know Audrey as our winemaker.
