You know Audrey as our winemaker. But you may not know that in one of her many past lives, she was a TV cooking personality – first as weekly nutrition correspondent on The Today Show and CBS This Morning and then daily on her own show on America’s Health Network where she cooked up a cure for everything from allergies to weight loss.
Join her in her Vineyard kitchen to cook along as you make Tagliatelle ai fungi porcini secchi. We will deliver 2 bottles of wine, imported porcini and other specialty ingredients for this savory and delicious Italian dish. Just strap on your aprons and follow along as we slice and dice together with Audrey in the vineyard kitchen.
"Italian dishes have simple ingredients," says Audrey, "What makes them amazing is technique! Join us and learn." In addition to ingredients we will ship a bottle each of Delicado and Fuego to pair with the dish . YUM!
Orders ship on Wednesday February 24 and should arrive by Friday. You may also pick up at the winery beginning Thursday after noon.
