Join us for a Valentine

Virtual Wine & Chocolate Tasting

Saturday February 13 6:00-7:00pm

We will pair delectable  handmade chocolates from 2 different chocolatiers with 2 different wines. Mi Carino, a delicate "mead" wine made from orange blossom honey will be paired with champagne truffles, peach chocolate truffles and white almond truffles.  Next we will pair Besame, our chocolate infused, port-style wine with blueberry port wine truffles, and with coconut truffles. Finally we will pair Besame with a truffle from Chocolate in the Oven in Milford made the our Besame.  (We thought about including a subscription to Weight Watchers with this pairing!! )

Sign up for the event and we will ship your wine & chocolate selections to you.  Your order will be delivered Thursday or Friday, February 11-12.  You may also pick up at the winery after 2:00pm on Thursday, February 11.

 

Then join us Saturday evening with your Valentine via Zoom for a guided virtual tasting and pairing.  We will all join in to discuss why certain flavor profiles compliment one another and how to "accessorize" a chocolate tasting.  Cathy LaGuardia, Chocolate in the Oven, will join us to talk about chocolate.
