Join us for a Virtual Wine & Charcuterie Tasting

Saturday May 23 6:00-7:00pm

​

We will pair savory dry aged and smoked meats with our dry red, Incendio, and with our off dry Italian style red, Casi Dulce. Focusing on classic Italian favorites, we will feature abruzzese salami, proscuitto di parma, sopressata, capicola, colosso pastrami and mortadella.  We will examine how the intensity of saltiness and the level of savoriness changes  when paired with a dry red, Incendio, vs an off dry red, Casi Dulce.

We will be joined by Nello Loiacono, owner and salumist at Nello's Specialty Meats in Nazareth, PA. 

​

Sign up for the event and we will ship your wine & charcuterie selections to you.  Your order will ship on Thursday, May 21 and should arrive by Friday.  You may also pick up at the winery beginning Thursday afternoon.

 

 

Then join us Saturday, May 23 at 6:00pm via Zoom for a guided virtual tasting and pairing.
