In my opinion, Chef Beth Ann makes THE best buerre blanc ever which tops her Coq au Vin and drips over onto her fluffy garlic mashed potatoes.  You will want to lick the plate!!!

Chef Beth Ann Raynock of Local Mama Catering in Hellertown, PA will prepare a Parisian feast from local and organic ingredients, highlighting fresh, wholesome favors in a gourmet presentation.  You feel as if you are in Provence!
