LAST Dine in the Vines of the year - September 28 6:30

Our monthly four course dinner served in a vineyard row as the sun sets, this month features a country style Italian meal featuring Porchetta - a whole roasted suckling pig prepared by Chefs Christen Garaffa, owner of Amici Italiano in Pohatcong.  Though trained at the French Culinary Institute, her passion remains the traditional Italian dishes of her childhood, at which she excels.
