We will not have Hula girls but we will have foods from around the Pacific Rim. Seating is at individual tables with magnificent views overlooking the vineyard to see four counties in two states as the sun sets in the west.
Chef Kayla Badway, who owns O'Kaysion Katering, (who I call the Rachel Ray of Pohatcong!) will take your taste buds on a Pacific Rim journey. Feel free to wear your Luau shirts and sarongs!
