First a fun fact:  One of the father's of California's commercial wine business was a Hungarian - Agoston Haraszthy!  Like France, Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal and others, wine making has a long history in Hungary.  So we delight in bringing you a traditional Hungarian dinner prepared jointly by Paprikas (the only Hungarian restaurant in the Lehigh Valley) and Mattie's Strudel Haus which makes hand stretched strudels. A true rhapsody of flavors!!
