Mediterranean Dinner - May 15  6:30pm

Our first of the season monthly four course dinners features a healthy Mediterranean meal, prepared by chefs Christen & Mario Gaffaf of Catered by Christen in Lebanon, NJ, who have a flair for flavor, coaxing out the savory succulence of each dish.  

We have all heard how healthy the Mediterranean diet is .....nonetheless, prepare to leave stuffed like a grape leaf as we sample dishes from around the Mediterranean region!!

with spring vegetables and fresh herb dressing
