Our monthly four course dinner served in a vineyard row as the sun sets, this month features Brazilian fare, prepared by Chef Edson Geleski, owner of Rios Brazilian Steakhouse in Nazareth, PA.
Born and raised in Brazil, Chef Ed achieved the American dream of rags to riches when he was recently named one of the best chefs in the Lehigh Valley.
